Caregivers Group Coffee Hour
May 5 – Caregivers Group will meet in Pope Hall at 10:00. This group meets monthly and is open to anyone who is a caregiver and needs an outlet to share the joys – and not-so-joys – of being a caregiver, to give and received support and ideas from others, as well as get some care for yourself.
Self care of the caregiver is important. Please come, be affirmed and supported as you give of yourself to another.
