Consecration Sunday Letter from Fr. Bryan

Dear Members and Friends of St. Luke’s Church:

You are by now surely aware that Sunday, October 22nd is Consecration Sunday and St. Luke’s Day for our congregation. Given your desire for spiritual growth and your support of the mission and ministries of our congregation, I think you’ll want to experience these important events: Sunday morning worship at 8:45 am or11:00 am and the French pastry brunch immediately following the 8:45 am service or the French croissant sandwich luncheon after the 11:00 am service (both catered by La Madeleine). Since these are catered meals, we need reservations for each person. If you have not finalized plans to attend these events, please do so immediately.

Our goal is to have every member and regular worship attendee present. If you have not already made a reservation during the last two weeks, please let us know that you will be present by calling the church office at (225) 926-5343 or emailing us at stlukesbrchurch@gmail.com. Consecration Sunday promises to be a wonderful and life-giving time together. So please make plans to join us on October 22, 2023.
