Dear St. Luke’s Parishioners,
As you may know, we are working on a pictorial directory for St. Luke’s. A pictorial directory is a wonderful way to learn new faces and to have contact information of fellow parishioners in one spot. It will also highlight some pictures of our worship and fellowship of recent years. We want as many faces as possible to be included. If you did not take a picture at church in October, but would like your picture to be in the directory, please email us a picture to stlukesdirectory23@gmail.com or text it to
225-235-1716 with your name and any family members’ names that are in the picture.
If you took a picture in Pope Hall and filled out a form, we’ve got all we need from you, and you can disregard the rest of this email.
As in past directories, contact information will be included in the publication. This information will come from Realm, our church software. We would appreciate everyone verifying their profile information by going to www.onrealm.org, logging in, clicking your name in the upper right-hand corner, then going to “Realm” under “My Profile Views” to see your contact information. You can make any changes by clicking the “Edit” button on the upper right side.
We are planning to publish addresses, emails, and phone numbers. If you do NOT want any part of this information published, please email us at stlukesdirectory23@gmail.com and let us know. We are also giving you the opportunity to be marked “inactive.” If you would like to change your status to “inactive,” please send us an email to the same address.
If you do not know your login information, please send an email to stlukesdirectory23@gmail.com.
You will then receive a link to reset your login and password. If you do not want to access Realm, you can verify your information either by emailing your contact information to this same email address or fill out a paper form on the welcome table on the porch of the church and give it to an usher.
Thank you for your help in having our directory contain the most current information on all of our parishioners. Please email us at the email address above with any questions. We should have hard copies ready for distribution in early spring.
